South Jefferson Physical Therapy, P.C. (SJPT) has been in practice since July of 2003. We would like to thank you for your 21 years of support and referrals.  We have appreciated all of your business and hope to continue serving your clients in the future.

We are an outpatient orthopedic clinic with a professional and knowledgeable staff, friendly service and a comfortable, caring atmosphere.   

We are now located in both Clayton on Riverside Drive and in Adams on Route 11.    At SJPT we specialize in treating orthopedic related injuries including but not limited to back and neck pain, cervical and lumbar decompression, joint pain, tendonitis, work related injuries, joint
replacement, sports related injuries, postsurgical conditions, vertigo (BPPV), pelvic health, torticollis/plagiocephaly, myofascial pain syndrome and others.

Dr. Heather Miller, PT, DPT

Heather graduated from Russell Sage College in December 1996 with her bachelors in Science for physical therapy. She returned to school at Upstate University in Syracuse, New York where she graduated with her doctorate in physical
therapy in August 2010. Heather’s strengths are in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, but she has also worked in multiple rehabilitation settings such as home health-care, acute-care, aquatic therapy, neurological rehabilitation and
pediatrics. She has strengthened her skills in orthopedics through ~30 years of experience with continuing education in sports and orthopedic courses and manual therapy such as massage and myofascial release. Heather has a wonderful husband and three beautiful children that fill her time out of work with all kinds of sports and extracurricular activities. She loves going out to dinner with her family and seeing a movie. She also enjoys being outdoors enjoying her family with camping, trail walking and boating.
